Fees:

  • Oversized: $395 - Wheel and tire package over 33"
  • Large: $295 - All other wheel and tire packages
  • Rims Only: $195 - Set of rims with no tires
  • Medium: $39 - Single Rim, tire only, small wheel parts (inserts/caps)
  • Small: $25 - set of lug nuts

Destination/Times:

  • Texas: 2-3 Business Days (1 day for handling + 1-2 days for shipping)
  • All Other States: 4-6 Business Days (1 day for handling + 3-5 days for shipping)
  • Alaska & Hawaii: WE DO NOT SHIP

Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, we encourage customers to contact us so we can try to resolve any issues they may have. If the purchase does not come as described or is damaged during shipping, there are a couple of options to resolve this type of issue. Please give us a call/text at 281-730-5645 and one of our managers can assist you.

If a customer changes their mind after receiving their purchase, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The customer would just be responsible for the shipping costs which would be discounted from their refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, you can call/text us at 281-730-5645 or email us at info@texastrucktire.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 937 E. Airtex Drive, Houston, Texas 77073.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping cost within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
